Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about boarding your dog with us. Still have a question? Just call.

How much does dog boarding cost?

Boarding is $50 per night, per dog, with no hidden fees. See the pricing page for examples.

Where will my dog stay?

Your dog stays in our home in Pinecrest, near SW 107th Street and SW 84th Avenue. It's a real home setting, not a kennel. We share the exact address when you book.

Which areas do you serve?

Most of our families come from Pinecrest, Palmetto Bay and Coconut Grove. If you're nearby but outside these areas, give us a call.

How many dogs do you board at once?

We keep groups small. That keeps the house calm and means every dog gets real attention. Call or text to check availability for your dates.

How long can my dog stay?

Anywhere from a couple of nights to about a month. Short getaways, weddings and events, work trips and longer vacations are all welcome.

How do I book?

Just call or text (305) 322-3338. There's no online booking. We like to talk with you first so we can check dates and learn about your dog.

What should I bring?

Your dog's regular food, any medications with written instructions, a leash and collar with ID tags, and a favorite bed, blanket or toy if they have one. A familiar item helps them settle in. Full details are on our boarding policies page.

Do you require vaccinations?

Yes. Because dogs share the home, we ask for proof of current vaccinations before the stay. We'll go over exactly what's needed when you call.

Should I book early for holidays?

Yes. With only 10 spots, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, spring break and summer weekends fill up first. Call as soon as you know your travel dates.

Didn't see your question?

We're happy to talk it through. Call or text anytime.
