Boarding Policies

Booking & availability

• All stays are booked by phone or text at (305) 322-3338. A stay is confirmed only once we've spoken and agreed on dates.
• Holidays and long weekends fill quickly, so please book early.
• Stays can range from a few nights to about a month.

Rates & payment

• $50 per night, per dog.
• Payment terms, including any deposit, are confirmed when you book.

Health & vaccinations

• Because dogs share our home, proof of current vaccinations is required before the stay. We'll confirm exactly which vaccines are required when you book.
• Dogs should be free of fleas, ticks and contagious illness. Please tell us about any health conditions, allergies or recent illness before drop-off.
• Please let us know about any history of aggression toward people or other dogs. We may not be able to board every dog, and that's for the safety of all the dogs in our care.

Medications & special care

• Bring all medications in their original containers with clear written instructions.
• We'll follow your feeding and medication schedule as closely as possible.

What to bring

• Enough of your dog's regular food for the full stay, plus a little extra
• Leash and collar with current ID tags
• A familiar bed, blanket or toy (optional but recommended)
• Your emergency contact information and your veterinarian's name and phone number

Drop-off & pick-up

• Drop-off and pick-up times are scheduled in advance by phone or text.
• If your plans change or you're running late, please let us know as soon as possible.

Emergencies

If your dog shows signs of illness or injury, we will contact you right away. If we can't reach you and your dog needs care, we'll take them to your veterinarian or the nearest available veterinary clinic. Owners are responsible for any veterinary costs.

Changes & cancellations

Please let us know as early as possible if your dates change or you need to cancel. Because space is limited, early notice lets us offer the spot to another family. Any cancellation terms will be explained when you book.
